This Privacy Policy explains how Pasius collects, uses, and protects your information. Pasius is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase, and this policy covers both our current data practices and how we will handle data once the full platform launches.
Currently: if you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide.
Once the platform launches: if you create an account, we will collect information necessary to provide the service, including your email address, authentication details (via our authentication provider), your stated learning goals and background, your progress through curricula, quiz results, and notes generated during your sessions.
We use collected information to operate and improve Pasius, including notifying waitlist members when the platform launches, personalizing your learning experience, generating your curriculum and notes, and communicating with you about your account or the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may use analytics tools, such as Vercel Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may collect general usage data such as pages visited and device type. We do not currently use cookies for advertising purposes.
We use third-party providers to operate Pasius, including hosting and infrastructure providers, and, once launched, an authentication provider to manage account sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually or technically limited in how they may use it.
We retain waitlist email addresses until launch or until you request removal, whichever comes first. Once accounts exist, we retain account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data protection laws (such as the EU/GDPR), you may have additional rights under those laws.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Pasius is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
